Deposit Terms
To respect the time of our specialists and other clients, we enforce a strict cancellation policy.
The Booking Deposit When you book your appointment, your card will be authorized for a deposit.
- Standard Services:Â $50 authorization
- Premium/Specialty Services:Â $100 authorization
Note: This is an "authorization hold," not a charge. The payment will not be captured (the money stays in your account) as long as you attend your scheduled appointment.
Cancelation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled time, the booking deposit ($50 or $100) will be captured and is non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
By booking a service at Elite Body Skin & Laser, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Inherent Risk:Â While our treatments are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment, all aesthetic and laser procedures carry inherent risks.
- No Liability:Â Elite Body Skin & Laser, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, unforeseen side effects, or dissatisfaction with results, provided the service was performed according to standard protocols.
- Client Disclosure:Â It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate medical history and disclose any medications or skin conditions. Elite Body Skin & Laser is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed information.
