We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and transformative results. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, please familiarize yourself with our studio policies below.


Booking & Last-Minute Changes

We strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your busy schedule.

  • Advance Booking: Online booking is available up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Need Something Sooner? If you are looking for a same-day appointment or need to make a quick adjustment to an existing booking, please call or chat with us directly. While we can’t guarantee an opening, we will do our absolute best to fit you in!

Appointment Etiquette

To make the most of your treatment time:

  • Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms and settle in.

  • Preparation: Depending on your service ( facial, or body contouring), please follow any pre-care instructions provided during booking to ensure the best results.


Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our specialists and other clients waiting for appointments, we enforce a strict cancellation policy.

The Booking Deposit When you book your appointment, your card will be authorized for a deposit.

  • Standard Services: $50 authorization

  • Premium/Longer Services: $100 authorization

Important Note: This is a "hold" on your card, not a charge. The payment will not be captured (the money stays in your account) as long as you arrive for your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled time, the booking deposit ($50 or $100) will be captured and is non-refundable.
