The Booking Deposit When you book your appointment, your card will be authorized for a deposit.
- Standard Services:Â $50 authorization
- Premium/Specialty Services:Â $100 authorization
Note: This is an "authorization hold," not a charge. The payment will not be captured (the money stays in your account) as long as you attend your scheduled appointment.

- Client Disclosure:Â It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate medical history and disclose any medications or skin conditions. Elite Body Skin & Laser is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed information.
