• A credit card pre-payment is required at the time of booking to hold your appointments
• Please advise of any changes or cancellations to the reserved time for your treatment 48 hours prior by phone, text message, or email. Late cancellations or changes may result in a charge of the full appointment fee.
• Consultations that are booked will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $100 for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Full scheduled fees will apply.

• Please arrive at your appointment with clean skin.
• For men's facial appointments, we recommend shaving on the day of treatment.
• For Laser Hair Removal appointments, please shave the treated area 48/24 hours prior to arrival. Also no makeup/lotion/deodorant or spray tan on the day of your appointment (on treatment area).
• For TruSculpt Body Sculpting treatments, please shave the treated area the day of treatment, and no spray tan or lotion 7-10 days prior to treatment. Please also refrain from using lotions, body lotions and perfumes. Wear comfortable clothes with no metal bra clasps.

• Please advise the use of Retinol, Accutane, and alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your sensitivity to treatments and or any light-sensitive medications, defibrillators, heart monitors, and medical metal implants.
• Please refrain from ANY treatment 7 days prior to or post menstruation as this cycle can intensify negative sensations.
• Please list ALL medications, and supporting and relevant information in your medical intake form to ensure the safety of our clients.
• Please advise your Physician if you have any blood thinning medications, hormone replacement therapy, collagen vascular disease, bleeding disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, and keloid scarring.

• Due to hormonal changes, the skin during pregnancy and breastfeeding is extremely unpredictable, due to contraindications. It is advised to check with your family doctor prior to booking a treatment.
