I am Hispanic and have darker skin. Is Lutronic® Infini™ RF Microneedling safe to use on my skin?

Because it delivers RF energy to the dermis rather than the top layer of the skin, the chance that darker skin will be affected by areas of hyperpigmentation is greatly minimized.
